Gibsons Steakhouse

CHICAGO – Rush Street is quintessential Chicago fine dining and Gibsons is one of the restaurants along Rush Street that’s known to live up to those standards. They offer a wide selection of offerings. From burgers to fresh seafood to (of course) amazing steaks, you can’t go wrong. They have an amazing bar filled with the standards and spritzers, not to mention, a super cool ambiance.

They have an amazing staff, so from the front doors to your tables, you’re going to feel like you’re a part of the family.

PRO TIP: Dining indoors gives you the fancy private setting or you can enjoy outdoor dining alfresco. We love outdoor seating, especially now that the streets are closed for outdoor dining. Very European!

The Signature Room

CHICAGO – Dining in the skies. The signature room not only has an exquisite menu but the views are unmatched. Everything we ordered was impeccable. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the seafood was super fresh.

As much as you want to indulge in the appetizers and the main course, make sure to leave plenty of room for dessert. The three of us were going to share a dessert but it all looked so good that we ended up ordering all 3 items and taking a sweet bite from each plate.

PRO TIP: Make Reservations for exactly 5pm! Dress to impress! Arrive 20 minutes early and check in as soon as you get there to ensure that you get a table by the window!
